Certification. Two levels of certification are available to mortgage brokers to advance their careers, the Certified Residential Mortgage Specialist (CRMS) and the Certified Mortgage Consultant (CMS). Both certifications give mortgage brokers the tools to differentiate themselves from other mortgage originators and to boost the bottom line.
Legislative Advocacy. NAMB and MAMB represent the mortgage broker industry in Washington and Augusta by promoting legislation, negotiating with regulatory agencies and working in partnership with other associations to achieve our public policy goals.
